Current flow. The Python script takes the IES / QBO general ledger export and the HR employee roster, cleans them, matches every department ID, calculates monthly spending and payroll, and checks the totals against IES / QBO. The results are stored in the app. The admin adds each manager and gives them access to one company and one department. Each manager then signs in and sees only their own department's spending and payroll budget, and can ask questions in the AI question box.

Where AI is used and where it is not

The figures never depend on AI. AI only answers questions from numbers that are already calculated.

AI is used
